I've entered the Milwaukee Brewers 5K Sausage Race July 29th. I haven't been able to train in over 2 weeks now because my feet have been hurting me so much. Since it's only 18 days out, I have got to make myself run tonight. My goal is to run a mile tonight, and mile and a half tomorrow night to get myself kick-started. Well, kick-started or just plain dead. We'll see!
Oh, and did I mention I'm eating a chocolate chip cookie?
