As Beerman declared this morning, I have eaten more eggs the past 4 weeks than I have in my entire life. Scrambled eggs. Fried eggs. Omelettes. Egg whites. Whole eggs. With chervil. With
Mural spice. With tarragon. With salt and pepper. With hot sauce. It's a super easy way to get in some protein in the morning. And in cases like last night, where Beerman doesn't get home until late and chooses to run through Burger King on the way home, it's a quick, easy, high-protein dinner that requires no thought.
So this morning I did a protein shake smoothie instead. And I've got to say, I kind of missed my eggs. I have serious problems.
