Another first friday of bootcamp, another fitness test. It's slow and steady improvement. So here's my baseline for the next 3 weeks:
Mile: 9:30 (This seriously kills me, every single time)
Pushups: 50
Situps: 200 (I stopped because we had to move on)
Plank hold: 3:02
