Seriously?

3 hours with my body locked up on a bleacher bench watching baseball in the pouring 45 degree rain followed by a shingles diagnosis. Shoot me.

SHINGLES???? OMG. My co-worker had them two years ago, my mom had them last fall, get on meds asap! There is a supplement that helps too, L-Lysine, take a boatload of that.
