I don't relish these summer days winding down into a cooler fall. There's something about the spirit of summer that is fun and lighthearted and goofy, whereas fall starts to button up and hunker down and lose its fun. I like the goofiness. I like the hat. I like the giggles. I like the bike rides to the ice cream store. I like the festivals. I love you, summer. Don't leave yet...
