A perfect day with a perfectly wonderful summer dinner eaten outside of to-die-for ribs, fresh farmers' market corn, a beet-goat cheese tower and fresh garden microgreens:
In case you missed the beat tower with goat cheese rolled in fresh herbs (thyme, parsley and chives) drizzled with a balsamic reduction sauce on a bed of fresh microgreens from the garden with fresh strawberry viniagrette, here it is close up: (can you tell I did that part?)
